Estero Woods Village is an apartment community in Estero, FL
I moved in Estero woods village back in november 2025. So far it has been an amazing experience, they renovated my apartment when I moved in so I got new floors and new appliances which was nice. Mimi the manager and the maintance guy have been very accomodating, I had to get garbage disposal fixed they came 1 mintutes after I emailed the request. The community has great ammenities and its very quite, for what you get for price it is the best place to rent in swfl!

Beautiful Place
Estero Woods is a great place to live. The management takes good care of you and your needs. Mimi and Jill are so helpful and accommodating. I have met great neighbors and friends and love living in this community. Thank you for everything you do!

A Little Piece of Paradise
Estero is an up and coming area of SW Florida and Fountain Lakes/Estero Woods is one of the premier neighborhoods.
The community consists of single family homes, villas, condominium, and apartments. It is a gated community where you will see residents walking, riding bikes, running, rollerblading and skateboarding.
The community is full of friendly residents and a helpful staff at the community center. The homes are well maintained. The apartment homes are 1 to 3 bedrooms with 1-2 baths... and some have washer and dryer units in them. There are clean and convenient laundry facilities available for those without the added washer/dryer.
There is a heated, salt water pool, clubhouse, tennis court, exercise room, playground for the kids, picnic area, walking trails, and an 8 hole golf course available to all Fountain Lake residents, renters, and seasonal visitors.
Coconut Point Mall is a hop-skip-and jump from Fountain Lakes with an easy commute to the Miromar Outlet Mall, Germaine Arena, and a multitude of area restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, hair/nail salons, and banks.
Pristine white beaches are within a 20-30 minute drive.
Living in Estero is like having a little piece of paradise in an active and upbeat community.

fountain lakes apt
2br, 2ba nice neighborhood, grounyr extension. we are very happy there. if a problrmds well kept up. we have been there 2 yrs and just signed another yr extension. if a problem arises they respond at once. expect to stay for awhile.
